The Executive Board, which administers and directs the Centre is appointed
by the Annual General Meeting.The Chairman of the Board is the Centre's
legal representative. The Board has the authority to manage the Centre's
research and publishing activities, and the annual Conference.

In order to carry out its scientific and cultural mission, the Pio Manzù Centre
consults a variety of experts, who are members of the Scientific Committee.
